Audiobook and Video Book

We are creating an audiobook (sample here) and video book version (sample here) of “Therapy for Mgbánwè” to reach a broader audience, making mental health content accessible to those who prefer alternative formats.
We target completion of these versions before the end of the year, with the goal of integrating them into future workshops and digital platforms.

For Auditory and Visual Learners.
